Manifestaciones cutáneas causada por el virus SARS-CoV-2

Introducción:
Por el incremento de la morbimortalidad por COVID-19, los dermatólogos del sistema nacional de salud demandan revisiones bibliográficas que determinen las características de las diferentes manifestaciones cutáneas.
Objetivo:
Examinar la información científica disponible acerca de las manifestaciones cutáneas asociadas a la evolución de la COVID -19.
Métodos:
Se realizó una revisión integradora. Se consultaron 88 publicaciones y se referenciaron 25 fuentes de las bases de datos PubMedy, Google Académico. Los criterios de selección fueron: artículos publicados en español o inglés durante el 2020, con acceso gratuito al texto completo. Fueron excluidos estudios duplicados y que la calidad científica fue baja, se evaluó a través de la lectura crítica y especializada y la confrontación entre fuentes.
Conclusiones:
Existe dificultad para establecer el diagnóstico diferencial dermatológico entre una dermatosis producida por fármacos y un exantema viral (coronavirus o no).
