Norway scabies or crust scabies is a strange and extreme disease which was initially described by Danielssen y Brock en leprosy sick people in Norway in 1848. It is presented in immunodepressed, unnourished, patients, as well as patients who suffer from leprosy, Down Syndrome, mental disorders, and HIV. It is also presented in pregnant women and people who live stacked. The following cases are presented with the objective to state the importance of the early diagnosis in initial stages of the disease. They were adult, members of the same family, who presented unspecific skin erythema papule crusted lesions that began seven months ago localized in extremities and trunk accompanied by pruritus. One of them complained of loss of weight of 10 pounds and recurrent fiver. The diagnostic evaluation was made by the clinical method and on physical examination multiple cutaneous generalized lesions were found. It was evidenced that the early diagnosis and the pertinent treatment of this parasitoid disease avoid complications and the communitarian transmission.Downloads
